WAKE HER UP WITH KISSES ON HER FOREHEAD, DRAW HER A BATH, TAKE CARE OF HER EVERY WHIM, MAKE HER BREAKFAST AND LUNCH, TAKE HER SHOPPING OR WHEREVER SHE WANTS TO GO, FLIRT WITH HER AND TRY TO WIN HER OVER, MAKE HER "CHORE CARDS" ON YOUR COMPUTER....TO REDEEM AT ANY TIME (WHERE YOU DO THE CHORE), MAKE HER A NICE CANDLELIT DINNER AND DURING DINNER, SEDUCE HER, AND YOU DO THE DISHES, AND TAKE HER TO BED EARLY AND MAKE HER GLAD TO BE A WOMAN.

Is she a mother? Does she have a mother's ring? For your 20th anniversary did you get the traditional gift, China. If you went the Modern route it'd have been platinum. Depending on what you got for your 20th, you could chose any for your 21st. Or chose something from the table I've listed below. As long as it comes from the heart, she'll love it. A bouquet of flowers is the first step. After that it depends on what you can afford. Not knowing anything about you two, it is impossible for a stranger to suggest a proper gift for your Wife. If she has not hinted about what she would like, then I would check with her Mother, Sister, girlfriend, or other close source.

I would take her out to depending on what she would like, to a nice restaurant or for a picnic lunch. And then give her some diamond earrings, or if you have children a mothers ring.

You can NEVER go wrong with jewelry!
However, Brass or nickel is the traditional gift.
Personaly, I would prefer the jewels!

that is just not information. if you really need some suggestions you need to include certain things about her. c'mon man. 20 years. you should have got this down by now. you know her a lot better than any of us.

get her a beutiful ring or necklace or find out something that she has been wanting for a long time or if she has been hinting around at things take the hint
