It has been easier for me to cut back on sugar, because the kinds of processed foods that contain added sugar are slightly more obvious. For example, it is easy to eliminate cola, canned fruit in heavy syrup, things like that.... salt on the other hand, is heavily added to everything from canned vegetables to bread to frozen dinners.

Salt is definitely easier for me, because I don't eat a lot of salty food anyway. Unfortunately, salt is also the lesser evil. For those trying to kick the sugar habit, I recommend Splenda. It really isn't that bad.

Salts always easier for me- i cut back only a little itlle bit at a time tho and its easier. don't try 2 eliminate both at 1nce tho- u ALWAYS will fail.

I'm not a huge fan of salty food so that is easy. Sugar, when you don't have it for a few days, your glycogen level goes down and you won't crave it as much.

i would say salt because i ate more salty things then and now it has been esier for me to go back to eating more salt well not that much but more than shugar.

No, yet I as quickly as by twist of fate poured weight loss application Pepsi into my cereal somewhat of milk. :D It became adverse, and that i did no longer comprehend until after my first bit., xP i did no longer prefer to waste the Pepsi or cereal, so I merely ate it. C: (((Hugs)))

sugar! i think its because you can substitute sweets with fruit and other healthy things, but with salty food you cannot!
