Maturing doesn't mean we turn into respectable, well-oriented people. If you're only talking about a guys physical attributes changing towards adult-hood it usually happens when we're 13 years old, but of course there are always exceptions. Girls on the other hand can start maturing as early as age 8, but usually it happens around age 11 or 12. But if you're question is more geared towards "When will guys grow up and stop acting like little babies all the time?" then there really is no answer. It can happen when we're 15 or 22, basically we have to have some realization occur in order for us to become that type of "mature" person. And I think the reason we can't keep up is because girls start producing eggs earlier, so therefore you begin maturing earlier, not 100% sure about that though.

Some guys never mature at all! It does get better as they get older, but it depends on the guy really. Some mature in their 20s, and others still act like little kids even if they are in their 30s or over.

I am 40 and I can tell you that there are a lot of guys that aren't even mature at 40. I can't believe how many guys I meet that in their40's and 50's and still don't know what they want. Sorry to say you have a long way to go to find a guy who is mature.

You know, guys mature more slowly than women but it's only on a social level. Men mature much quicker than women when it comes to responsibility, employment, and finances. Maturity is a life-long process though. Usually there is the most growth from the mid-teens to mid-twenties. Of course everyone is different.

If you're talking about physical maturity, that's one thing. But psychological maturity is another. 13 or 14 year old girls are NOT psychologically mature.

There isn't really a set age. Some never do, some do when they face a life crisis or have to take on serious responsibilities, and some are just naturally more mature than others. Just like girls.
