It depends. He doesn't NEED to have sex, but he should at least masturbate once in a while (maybe once or twice a week) to flush out his system if he doesn't have sex. As far as sex goes, I think anywhere between one and four times per week seems like plenty. If you two do it more than that, it could really put a drain on his health in the long run (and probably yours too, I imagine). Moderation is important. Good luck!

Once is usually enough. If your partner is willing, go for it another time. After that, take a break, let your juices build up for the next day. It depends of the sexual appetite of the guy, some differ from others.
