Wow...nice way 2 save points n ask questions...Well, I shall attempt 2 ask them all...

1) Good Steamboat Restaurants:
i) The magic of chongqing hot pot
Add: #04-06/07 Tanglin Shopping Centre
Tel: 6734 8135

ii) The chinese feasts
Add: B1-061 Suntec City Mall
Tel: 6337 6921

2) I.T. can be learn (trainings) through many avenues.
a) IT courses / Training in commerical school (e.g. microsoft) - check 'classified' section in Straits Times.

b) Comunity Clubs / Centers - Some C.C.s do organise computer lessons, so you can either call the nearest CC to your house or go to their website: www.pa.org.sg (to check for available courses).

c) ask friends / post questions on Yahoo!

3) Computer books can be bought in most major bookstores (e.g. Popular, Kinikunia, Borders). In addition, if you visit the national library, you can borrow some IT book there too.

Very confusing question indeed. An attempt to save a 5 points for a separate question huh?

Steamboat, one of my fav is at tanglin shopping centre. The magic of chongqing hotpot. The food is good and the price is reasonable. Ohh.. must go there one of these days. Miss the food and the herbal tea there.

Where can you learn IT? Aiyo.. check out those advertised on newspapers lah.. or check out Informatics. I thought it is the ultimate for IT training in Singapore le. I think FTMS also offer IT training.

Computer books, they are everywhere! Kinokuniya, MPH, Times and even Popular.

Hmm... I do have a good recommendation for steamboat restaurant.. It's at suntec.. there is one at the basement. You just simply walk one round and is a buffet type one... a-la cart somemore.. (so you no need to walk to take food) they will bring it to you... nice soup.. very fresh ingredients... very nice.. =D
