If we were to relate Biblical accounts with historical and geological data we would probably find that Eden was somewhere in what is now Iran. Regionally that would have made Adam and Eve of Arabic color and descent. I personally believe that they were black though. The LORD shall be resurrected amongst the enemies of His people and he shall have eyes like fire, hair like snow, and skin like that of a leper.
(to me that means that Jesus Christos shall brought back as a white man, so that the enemy is comforted when he looks like them, and when they least expect it he will lash out and bring them to their places in Hell with the fallen angels death and despair.)

This isnt a science question, as Adam and Eve are mythical creatures.
So Jesus is going to kill everybody? Thats a convincing arguement not to worship him.

Tanned. Extremely tanned. Until they realized they were naked. Then they were extremely tanned except for a few spots. That's where the 'farmer's' tan came from.

Please don’t take this wrong, but you are asking a religious question, not one related to Earth Sciences & Geology. More importantly, their color is irrelevant. What is relevant are the lessons they have to teach us. Learn the lessons well and you will find color to be a non-issue.

They were black. We are all descended from black people, except as folks migrated up north and got paler, they lost their sense of rythym.
