That I'd have the presence of mind to ask God for forgiveness of my sins, and tell him I love him, and thank him for all he's done for me. Ask him to take my loved ones to heaven, too.

i would not make a wish, but a very last statement that let's others know that although this world did not grow beyond our backyard of our own solar system, because our Governments were too busy playing the territorial game, and ruler of the world.
That they missed the opportunity to have us as human beings move on beyond our limits of space explorations. yes , we are sending probes & all to other planets, but i don't htink our Goverment is serious enough to take on the altimate goal of gathering all the nations to building the super city in space.
You can not tell me they don't have the technology to do this, but as long as they want to put their goals before ours, it will probably never happen.

Wow, interesting question Sylvia!
I think my wish would be that there really is a heaven, so that I can see all my loved ones in 16 minutes after we no longer exist in this world. I'd hope heaven had animals too, so I could see my dog who died when I was a kid, and my cat who died 10 years ago.

I would wish for the earth to end in 8 billion years. If I was Homer Simpson I would just probably wish for a donut, or Duff, bag of pork rinds, pork rinds light, Moe, pork chops, sprinkles and any kind of food.
