Don't park your bike there, but you could send your mother-in-law to live there.
Just to get the picture, 'my property that belongs to neighbour' or 'unsafe shed' belongs to neighbour is not clear.

contact the local council and ask for the department that deals with border disputes they will give you the best advice - you dont have to be in a council property to do thie either its a service provided to everyone, but you could always tell your neighbour to move it first. hard to say really as i cant quite understand how it got on your property in the first place.

Call the city. I'm sure they have ordinances that will cover that. I know in my city they sure do. They patrol the neighborhoods checking properties all the time and send out warnings. If you don't correct the problem, the city will send out a contractor to do it. Then the homeowner gets the bill. Works great and keeps the neighborhood looking good!

I think I'd try the reasonable approach first. In person, stop by and explain why you think it's on your property. Did you allow it there for years? Then apologize and say you didn't realize it was on your property. Now say that you don't want to be legally liable if it collapses and your insurance company has ordered you to remove it.
Your next step is based on how s/he responds. Belligerently? Go to the police. Nicely? Then press for a removal date.

try popping next door and explain to them your concerns and if that does not work contact your local council they should be able to send out a health and safety officer to have a look at it and i think they can put down an order to have it removed if indeed it is unsafe. All the best

Your neighbour has a duty of care to you, to prevent this shed from injuring you, or damaging your property. If he fails to do this, then you can get a solicitor to send a letter asking him to remove it or repair it.
If it is on your property, get a solicitors letter asking him to remove it, but do it quickly before "grandfather rights" kick in.

If it's on your property then it's not your neighbor's. It belongs to you. If you want to be a nice guy give him the option to move it.

Yep, if it's on your property it's your shed.
Why did your neighbor put HIS shed on YOUR property?
Tell him to take it over to his property if he wants it, or take it down yourself. Again it's on your property so if it falls on someone YOU are responsible.
