I have a 2003 Honda Accord. When I go in reverse, my car begings to make this weird vibrating sound. I have taken off the brakes and my rotors and brake pads are fine. What could be causing this sound? Could it be something else besides the brakes?

I think that I might be misleading people with the term vibration. It is more of a high pitched squeaking sound . At first we thought that it might be a rock in the brake so it kind off sounds like that.

Think of vibration like motor noise fairly quick that changes with throttle. Because you are not driving very far or fast in reverse I would think a motor mount is weak and the motor moves to much and exhaust is hitting the back of the car Jump into the trunk and have someone back up and see what the tail pile does the tubing might be touching something.

Does it pulsate or gradually increase in sound beat as you drive faster? If so, it could be related to rotation?? I bet it's transmission???

Your rotors could be warped enough to vibe and you not be able to tell with your fingers.
