if you know the name of the group then find their website. they should have a link to somewhere you can download their music. if you don't know this contact the radio station and ask them to give you the artist and the song title.

I have the very same problem. Call the radio station and find out the title and singer then first try to get it legally and if that don't work you can wait for it again on the radio and record it or you can go to mp3 binary newsgroups and request it as an mp3 file but you need first to get a newsreader that does yEnc decoding and if that don't work try a P2P peer to peer program like KAZAA. I think nothing is illegal when you cant get it legal when you talk about non-violent victimless crimes that are invented by minority special interest groups. You try to comply but if they are trying to pull your strings and squeeze excessive money out of you then all bets are off and you try whatever to get what you want. They will take songs off the market for strange reasons known only to them yet before you die you want to hear this song again. Sometimes you need to buy the whole album just to get one song
Sometimes you can not beg borrow or steal the song no matter what because it just seems to have disappeared. The same goes for movies as music. The Japanese have bought up most our culture so i think we are at their mercy now.

If its not from the group or singer web site dont do it. I lost all my info on my computer as few days ago to virus' and most of them are in mp3 files etc. They are lying in wake and once the song is in ur computer its just a matter of time before they infect ur pc etc. With luck I had the computer cleaned and my babies pictures saved. I wont bother with downloaded music again.
