Not to worry. At that age the skin has a lot of elasticity. It's also easier to lose weight when you're young. The skin starts to sag when the person's weight is yoyoing. Stay hydrated - lots of water helps the skin stay firm.

at age 16, your skin is extremely elastic. I had bariatric surgery, lost close to 200# and I have little loose skin on my age 29 body.

at age 16, the gap from a loss of 37# will be gone in no time.

At 16, the skin is still pretty elastic, so as long as exercising is part of your plan, the skin should "bounce right back".

usually when you loose that much weight your skin still sagging, if you want your skin to toned up then exercise is the only choice
