Grace Noelle and Joseph Benjamin. Riley James also sounds nice and flows very well, but the name Riley has bad connotations behind it for me, so I wouldn't pick that one. =)

Grace Noelle and Riley James. Congrats on the twins, I've got a 5-month old baby girl myself.

Nellie Claire
Reese Matthew
All are very cute names, but I like these two the best because of their meanings. Nellie means light and Reese means enthusiastic. I like the meanings of both of those names more than the meanings of the other choices you have. Especially since Mary means bitter! :o(

for me, I prefer Grace Noelle for a girl, and riley james for a boy,
if one day I have children it will be Lali, Brianna or Eva for a girl and Tristan, Ethan or Gabriel for a boy,
Good luck for you from Belgium
