I feel your pain,it makes me sooo sick.
I would literally throw the thickest towel over it,scoop up the most of it in that towel,dont look at it,just throw it out.Then go and spray the strongest cleaning substance you have on the whats left,leave it,and then go back and put several paper towels on it and wipe up.I know its gross,but this should help.

cover it with baking soda like the whole box open widow put fan blowing out window put some dry laundry detergent on top of mess get rubber gloves bandanna mask a dap of Vick's on it cut some cardboard to use to spatula IT up stay upwind of the fan bag it and get it out of house put more baking soda on it let it sit 15-30 min scrape up as before then use shop vac or carpet cleaner or at a min carpet fresh and a sweeper

Put some Vicks under your nose, on you upper lip. Grab a lot of paper towels and swipe as much as you can up at once. Sorry, I feel your pain.

eewwww thats gross. just dont look and put vicks under your nose. maybe buy a cheap wet vac that you'll never use again? clean the rest with a solvent. take a shower.
