I'm italian, and I'd love to live in USA :P! I know everybody thinks different things, but... What do YOU think about us?

i love italians and italy. i studied in florence and lived in italy for a while and would go back in a snap. i minored in italian. i found italians to be generous and kind (aside from one woman in a shop who must have been in a really bad mood) and passionate. i still write to my italian friends (perche nessuno parlo italiano qui e devo practicarlo!) i hope that sentence wasn't horrible. . . i don't get many opportunities to speak it anymore. and i do love the language; it is so musical and i love the rolled rrrs.

I love all people, Laura. I think that Italy is a fantastic place and that you were lucky to have been born there and live there. Italians have given the world so much and you should be proud of your country and your people. Not everyone feels as I do, but most of us are kind, loving people. If you come to this country, you will encounter good people and bad people. Just be careful and choose your friends wisely. I hope you come here and find the USA a wonderful place.

My husband is Italian, just moved to USA 5 years ago from Verona and my neighbor friend just moved from Germany. They both miss Europe quite a bit because American lifestyle is a bit different. But to answer your question, my husband has the classic Italian charm that swept me off my feet and still has me floating in heaven with him even after 3 years. I love his culture, style and charm. I never actuall met any Italians before I met him, so I didn't have any opinions, but I also never heard bad things about Italians either...only they are very smooth and charming...this is very true. Good luck to come to America.

I don't have a problem, and I doubt very many would. The guys would likely think you're exotic and want to go out with you. LOL

where would we be in this world if it weren't for italians. great food, great cars like lamborghini, ferrari, bugati. beautiful, sexy women, fantastic music. i could go on and on. please come to the USA. but just like anywhere you will always find the rude and crude scumbags of society that will try to spoil your outlook of life. don't let them. enjoy life and ignore the lowlifes.
