up all night, we cant sleep. they will make u NOT wanna do dope!we talked to the landlord,and he jacked their rent/deposit.hes christian and is giving second chances(that didnt work) i cant beat them, im already on felony probation 4 that kinda thing,so the cops r reluctent to help me!we r in a kinda small city lodi,ca.although i am learning restaint, its killing me.we work aand cant sleep at night.they r on day 5. got condom wrappers on the lawn, i got kids, so i clean up the yard, its insane, i seriously need help!we live in a really great, quiet place except for them.

If calling the cops doesnt work, then take pictures, contact the housing authorities in your city and find out what your rights are. It sounds like he is infringing on your right to enjoy your place of abode and that he may be making the place unsanitary or unsafe so try to talk to people in that office, make a friend or two there and see if they can help. If you think your temper turns people off and they dont want to help you, ask your wife to be the one to visit this government office instead. Have her be the one to call the cops. Whatever you do, dont use violence against your neighbor. That is probably what they wish for so that you will go to jail and they can laugh at you.
If everything fails, try to embarass him by finding out where he works and sending an anonymous letter to his company stating that it reflects bad on the company image to have discusting people like that work there, dont address the letter to your neighbor but maybe to the supervisor in his department. Make it clear that the pictures will continue to be mailed to the company until something changes. If he comfronts you about thephontos simply ignore him and tell him you have no idea what he is talking about but that surely you are not the only one around that thinks he is a disgrace to the neighborhood. When all his coworkers start laughing at him, maybe he will shape up or move out.

The only thing you can do is move. You are in a position where you can legally break your lease, but find out the correct way by checking the tenant rights law's in your municipality. This may include "x" number of complaint's in writing to the landlord.

I had the same problem but the landlord protected them. We ended up moving to a better and safer place. If you can try to move. I don't see the landlord doing much. You need other neighbors to call the police and complain.

File a complaint with your local PD outlining what's going on. They won't identify you as the complainant. They will then keep an eye on your neighbor and on you since your also on probation for drugs. Just stay clean and you won't have a problem but eventually your neighbor will get busted.

Keep a ledger of what goes on and pic's, make copies and keep one for yourself. Turn them in to the local authorities on a regular basis. This may take sometime but if you continue it should work out in your favor. Good luck.

Do you have a camera , take pictures and tape them , to show the police for evidence , then call the cops and show them the pictures to prove your point .

i think that u should convince ur landlord that if they dont get them out and the cops bust them their land will be taken by the cops and they will go to jail for letting them live there and not reporting them doing drugs

Whether you are on probation or not they should be doing something about it.
Speak to your probation officer and the health department [re condoms].

what tell dark and get a cell phone but not yours call the cops and complain and repeat a lot they will move after u call the cops enough. it works we had to do it once

report to the police,and keep on calling to they set up and keep an eye on the house and all the comings and going,it will take time but maybe they will clean it up for you one by one,because once they know that they are watched they will cut back keep from getting caught.
