Stop worrying, and you can manage your rumblings of the stomach. Furthermore, get yourself tested for excess of Thyoid hormone (hyperthyroidism) as your intestinal motility is higher.

The stomach not only growls to let you know it's hungry, but to let you know it's upset. This sounds like nerves to me--as several other people said. No quick fixes for the problem, but you should try to learn to relax--deep breaths and pleasant thoughts. If this sort of things happens most often at work, find a differnt field of endeavor.

Its just nerves, not to worry. When people get anxious or nerves there stomach gets stimulated and releases acid which can make your stomach all noisey.

Could be irritable bowel syndrome but more likely to be literally "stomach churning" because you are stressed. You need to calm your mind before your body will ease up

Not to worry about this, it's only your stomach processing the food that you just dumped into it. it's totally natual, mine does that sometimes and is loud sometimes, but it's as natural as burping when drinking soda pop.
