Was at the game last night and noticed Flags wer at half mast, also today Watching tv same.

There was an interfaith prayer at Yankee Stadium on Sunday. In honor of the victims and families of the terrorist attacks on 9-11. The flags were at half-mast for a week and are now back at full-mast. I hope this helps.

First of all... only ships have masts. So, only in the navy would you find a flag at half mast.
At Yankee Stadium the flags are at half staff.
I'm not sure why. I would guess that someone in their offices passed away. Or it could well be in memory of Katrina victims, but I doubt that.
It's nice to see the Yankee haters are so sick and disrespectful that they even use a serious issue like this to bash the most successful team in world sports history.
