Parasite medications are available only by prescription.
A friend of mine worked at a stable. She developed a case of pinworms while working there. One day, she was deworming the horses and she calculated a dosage of the horse dewormer for her weight. She swallowed it and the problem went away very quickly. I'm not advocating using horse meds, however some people are too shy to see a doctor.

Go to your local herbalist and ask for Wu Mei powder. It works very well. Or go to your natural health food store and get some crushed walnut with the shell included and take a teaspoon twice a day for five days. That works too.
