Sleep on a clean pillow case every few days, you can put tea tree oil on it at night, use the mint julep mask t wice a week. That really helps. Also make sure you exfoliate twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells. Make sure your clenser has acne medicine and most importantly drink plenty of water. That will help the most. I used to have problem skin, but now it is smooth and clear. I also put baking soda mixed with water on my face nad take a shower. it helps to exfoliate. That is what makes it baby soft. Good luck. What works for one person might not work for others. Using witch hazel as an astrigent also helps some people. I know the baking soda will get your skin noticably smooth right after you do it.

The first rule is not to touch your face through out the day. IF you keep touching your face, the bacteria will cause more pimples. Also make sure you wash your face, tone your face, and moisturize. A great face wash is oil free acne wash by Neutrogena. My favorite toner is by Neutrogena and it is the oil controlling. My favorite moisturizer is by Bobby Brown. You should also use a mask twice a week.

The only way to prevent them is to have an extremely healthy diet, i suffered for years with quite a serious case and that is how i stopped them, all the acne medications can only clean the skin, they do not stop your pores from breaking down which is the cause of spots.
Every type of acne is different and different meds will cause different results. Be careful when using acids and peroxides, these are dangerous for sensitive skins and can break them down with continuous use and cause even more problems.

To get rid of acne/pimples, use an acne treatment with benzyl peroxide. To prevent acne from coming back, drink plenty of water every day. Use a daily face wash with salicylic acid in it to unclog dirt and oil from pores, which cause pimples. Make sure to moisturize every day too, because acne medicine will otherwise dry your face out. If your face thinks that it is being dried out, it will produce even more oil, causing acne. Hope I helped.

You've already had some good advice, but remember if you are a teenager your body is full of hormones and while you are in this state you will have spots and pimples - if they are really bad because of this speak to your doctor , he maybe able to help.
