Wolcott is about the closest you'll get to halfway.
However, Vail and Glenwood Springs are the only towns of any size anywhere near halfway.

I'd say that a good halfway point would be in Avon. That's a little closer to Thornton than it is to Grand Junction though

I would think Eagle is about half way to Junk Town from Thorton. Also along the way are Glenwood Springs and Rifle.

Our daughter sleeps in a crib surprising next to our mattress. I pass her to the mattress with me on nights my husband is working or early mornings if he has to bypass away. She is now 8 months and we've the main mattress room upstairs and a pair of smaller customer bedrooms downstairs and that i dont sense secure moving her downstairs that a techniques away. I sleep good understanding my daughter is interior an hands attain incase of an emergency and that i like to benefit on her for the duration of the night. I say purchase a crib and start up the transition of having your woman descendant used to sound asleep in her very own mattress- whilst nonetheless having the perfect of the two worlds. Plus your husband can come back to mattress too!

I believe it is Glenwood Springs. If it is warm enough, take the bike-ride through the canyon. It is downhill most of the way if you take the van trip to the top of the canyon. Bring cotton balls to stuff in your ears from the wind/earache and take the walk up to Hanging Lake. OH YEAH--WATER--Lots of it.
