If done properly....
Make sure the person who is giving is gentle, the anal muscle has many neural connections, hence is more sensitive than the vagina but you have to go at it gently. The biggest mistake people do during anal is to go thrusting with all their force, it isn't good for either (men ejaculate faster and women are in pain), but if taken a gentle approach, it is enjoyable for both.
