I t is a canvas house awning. It saggs so the water will not run off on the bottom end where it is sagging

i have never seen a house awning. but i have one on my camper. mine sags also and i just dont roll it out as far but still push it as high as it will go. and that tightens her right up. also at night we put a slightly higher on one end so that when it rains the water will run off.

Pour very hot water in the area and let dry. It may work.

If it is sagging that bad: you can stretch it back an re-staple it, if it is mounted to a board.

only way is to pull it back and tie it tight again. It will not shrink
