Sorry to be gross, but this is a real problem. I get these spots on my chin which look and feel like zits, but take forever to come to a head. It is agony and doesn't look very nice either. Does anyone know a surefire way of drawing it out quicky and getting it over with? I'm 43 and far too old to have this problem, but life isn't fair.

Hello. Sorry to hear you're having problems. I am an adult ans suffer from spots just like these. They may be cysts or nodules. When I get one, I soak a flannel/washcloth in hot water and hold it to the spot for 10 minutes. Have the water as hot as you can handle. After bathing, I get my Benzoyle Peroxide cream (Oxy On The Spot) and dab it on the affected area, don't rub it in, just let it sit there like a mask. BP cream is an essential spot fighting tool , and I recommend always having it handy if you are prone to spots. It is a lifesaver!

Another effective method is hydrogen peroxide. You can get it from the chemist. Get the 3% one. Put some hydrogen peroxide on the cotton wool ball and hold to the affected area for 10 minutes. it may burn a little, but don't worry, 3% will not do you any harm. This stuff is magic and can draw out the most stubborn of spots. It should work its magic practically overnight. I wouldn't recommend it for large areas of skin though.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

Commiserations I suffer as well and I'm still waiting to grow out of them too.

You can try a facial steamer or even just use a basin with some boiling water and a towel over and then cleanse to keep pores clear. Don't use the stuff for teenage skin it seems too rough for more, ahem mature skin.

Toothpaste works to some extent but you don't want to forget you are wearing it! I use a tiny dab haemorrhoid cream on pimples as it is antiseptic and designed to reduce swelling ;-)

good luck

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

I'm over 50 - and still get them! I buy a Superdrug product that is based on tea tree oil. It works like a treat - I would tell you what it is called, but I just looked at the stick and the label is worn away! Just go and find the tea tree stuff in Superdrug and you will find a 'spot stick' or whatever. I use it on my chin and nose all the time to dry up any potential zits before they happen!

Adult acne is not uncommon. If you use a wash cloth wrung out with very verry warm water and hot pack it every now and then throughout the day it will draw it up. Pick at it as little as possible as it will leave a scar.

The most common causes of hemorrhoids are straining during bowel movements and obesity. Follow these essential hemorrhoid prevention tips and you may not even have to delve into any hemorrhoid treatments https://tr.im/nPHYV

If you’re straining during bowel movements, there is no doubt that you are suffering from constipation, and obesity only heightens your chance of experiencing these digestive issues. The best solution for hemorrhoids is to not have them at all!
