Skull Shine.

It is a car care washing detergent. They sponsor at least 1 Top Fueler in the NHRA. Their name also appears linked to Torco Racing Fuels, as the Skull Shine usually appears where ever it does. SoCal is also a racing fuel and they may be related to Torco as well.

Labor Day weekend is the "Big Go" of the NHRA, the "Daytona" or "Indy 500" of drag racing. Check it out on ESPN. You'll see some great racing, and the Skull Shine logo in lots of places.
