For green eyes, go with purple. Almay's Intense i-color for green eyes is what you want. It has purple, green, and light green shadow for your green eyes. Apply the purple to the lids of your eyes, the green in the crease, and the lightgreen above the rest. The liner that you want is called Raison Quartz. It's a brown/red colour.

Red as it is the opposite in the colour spectrum to green so will contrast the most, but it would look quite sh*t!
So instead go for a brown, but with more of a sandy,orangey hue.

Personally I think white, if not that then a light colour, they will make your green eyes stand out.
