My chest is hirsute, and I'm looking for a permanent and fast treatment. It would be also good for me if I know a clinic which can do the needed treatment in my vicinity. I'm living in Madison, WI.

You could go get a wax(OUCH!) but it isn't permanent. The best thing to do permanently is laser hair removal. Good Luck!

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.
