Lie on your back and place your feet on top of the ball like you were going to do a sit up. place your hands either side of you at their full extension, this will help keep your balance. Your going to do a reverse sit up so you pull the ball towards your backside with your legs/ankles. This will develop your lower abdominal and build up your core stability. you may notice that at first your body will shake a bit. this is due to a lack of core stability. eventually this will disappear and you will have a strong core. start of with 1 set of 12 slowly and gradually build up your sets of 12. take your time with this to prevent injury and increase the quality of muscle. Hope this helps.
