My adopted daughters are from Guatemala, and we display the Guatemalan flag on September 15, their Independence day. For all other days, the stars and stripes are flying.

No it is not Anti-American or illegal to fly another country's flag in the US. The Proper way to do it is at the top should be the American flag, then slightly lower any other countries flag, then slightly lower would come state lags, then even lower would be any other flags.

It would depend on why you are flying it.
If it's to antagonize your American neighbors, then yes.. just as flying a rebel flag to torment your black neighbors would be racist..
Flying an Israeli flag cause somebody is fool enough to think that they are the REAL power, is anti-American.
Melting pot, yes, crockpot, frequently, but, why did the immigrants come to the US? To become PART of the US... soooo, blend in like the white people did, once they were done stealing the land from the 'indians'.. either you ARE American, once you get your citizenship, or you are still a national of whatever country you fled from, and should return posthaste..

Not as long as the U S flag is also displayed in prominence. Many of our territories have at one time been under rule of or part of other countries. There are displays in honor of this.

I like to fly the Israeli flag to demonstrate who the real power is in the world, but I don't have an Israeli flag to fly. I don't have a flagpole either for that matter.

We have the freedom to fly other flags if we desire.

if it is higher or bigger than the american flag yes it is , but having it displayed just shows a sign of respect to our neighbor(s)
