I know a few sinlge player games and a lot of multi player games but I dont know any games for just 2 people any suggestions?

speed is a really good one you deal out seven in two piles in the middle face down then divide the left over cards between the two players dont look just make them into a face down pile when all cards are dealt you pick up fiv and look at them if u wish u can organize them wen done count to three and each player flips the top card of a pile of seven there are now 2 face up cards say it was a 9 and a king for example now you look and if you have a card thats 1 above or 1 below you place it on the number that its close to so place an 8 or a 10 on a nine and a queen and an ace on a king then u pickup the number of cards u placed down if neither of u can go count to three and flip it again if it is an abnormaly long game u may have to leave the two face up cards and shuffle the deck and split it into two then continue go fast though the games called speed for a reason first one out of cards wins

my friend the best card game out there is yu-gi-oh! i mean its a two player game and is the most popular tcg in the world. its fun to collect and play and i learned to play i about a week.. buiy a starter deck, i reccomend buyying the type of monster deck you are most intersted in. dragon, warrior, yugi deck(best one) , wwater, fire, and many more, and there still making more! go to www.yugioh.com and there is all the information. and the have tournaments all over america, and cananda , and europe, and japan. if you win the america nationals, you get a free ride in japan to play with the best in the world! i almost made it. if your good enough you could make it. if you dont wanna play it though its okay i hope you find what your looking for. god bless

Rummy, and we used to play a game similar to euchre without the 9's and 10's.

Poker, there are a lot of variations, if you don't know the hand rankings, they are easy to look up and print out.

goldfish, bietie, and crazy 8's r the only card games i know that can be played with only 2 people.

My sister and I always like to play double solitaire or speed...speed is pretty competitive and you should be fast...double solitaire is fun!
