How do you deal with a professor who is racist and refuses to talk with you?

I am in a class and the professor is black and she shows favoritsm to all the black and white students. I am the only asian in the class and she subtly discriminates against me. I tried to set up an appointment to talk with her about my concern in private and instead she goes behind my back and forwards my email to the head of the department. Now everytime I go to class she stares at me rudely for long periods. What do I do so she won't give me a bad grade?
