Okay, so I've been playing poker for about a year and just a few days ago my dad bought a poker chip set.. The real clay 11.5g ones.. So I wanted to learn how to shuffle the chips like you see on TV lol. So I went online, and in a day I got the hang of it, I was able to shuffle 6 chips pretty good.(3 in each stack) Then I moved onto 8 chips(4per stack) and I can do that. The thing is, I have really small hands.. (since Im a 14 year old girl) and when I shuffle I use the left hand to help. I have my right thumb and index finger on the left stack, my ring finger and pinky on the right stack, the middle finger.. inbetween the two stacks. I cant shuffle without also having my left hand support the left stack.. I can shuffle 8 chips good with my left hand supporting it, but when I just try my right, I can't even shuffle 6 chips. (Note I am right handed though)

Any tips for me??

Well I just want to learn how to shuffle chips better. You just told me to not play with chips.. >.<'

I mostly play online poker, or poker with my family or some friends. I don't do tournaments or anything.. O.o

I myself can do some chip tricks but in the end i found that it took my focus away from the hand i was playing, instead of thinking if this guy was bluffing me, i was thinking about shuffling my chips. But you should just use your thumb and middle finger to control the chips and pull up as you start to riffle them, it takes some time and practice to learn, try shuffling 8-9 chips at a time now that's impressive, it won't win you any poker games but it looks nice.

I also have small hands and the only advice i can give you is to only shuffle the amount you can for now. I can only shuffle 8 chips at a time too. But dont try using 2 hands just do as many as you can in your left hand. It makes it look like you know what your doing. Dont try to overdo it untill you get bigger hands.

if you are actually playing poker - as oppposed to just playing with the chips - you may not want to play with the chips, as it may be a signal to other players.
