I'd have to agree, To Sir With Love...although that's not my favorite song by Lulu. I actually got to see her perform "live" in a basement bar in Sydney, Australia in 1970. The place only held about 75 people, and Donovan performed their a couple days later..got to see him, too! "Oh Me Oh My", is by far, my favorite song by her.

(yeah, I know...too much information)
