I'm making homemade Chicken Milano. Some sliced up chicken breast, penne pasta, portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and an alfredo sauce.

"Chicken MIOG" (makes its own gravy)
Bake chicken (breasts, whole chicken, cut up) 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
In mixing bowl, combine 1 can cr. mushroom soup and either 1 can evaporated milk OR 12 oz sour cream.
Stir in 1C shredded cheddar cheese and 1T paprika.
Cover chiken with sliced mushrooms and canned, pearl onions.
Top with 'sauce.'
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve over rice, broccoli, mashed potatoes, or ANYTHING you want!!!
And the gravy is SO yummy!
