you may have a fungal infection. go to a pharmacy and get some canestan cream or powder. theres no shame attached. many people suffer from this. its called alternately; thrush, candida or 'jock itch'. you don't need to have had sex to have this condition, the warm and moist emvironment in that part of your body is the perfect place for thi fungus to grow. it may have come from a communal shower or shared towel or even a public toilet.

many men sweat profusely from their groin area. the smell can be washed away, but tends to be caught up in the pubic hair. also, if you have jock itch, that, too, gives off an unpleasant odor.
my recommendation would be to trim the hair in that region so you have closer access to the skin. take a soapy cloth (do not use scented soaps) and wash and pat dry the area. if you want to your can spray an anti-fungal agent on the area or sprinkle some medicated powder (lightly) over the area.
should this not work (it didn't for me) try shaving the entire pubic region. it may sound bizarre, but my dermatologist recommended it to me because of the stench that i was giving off. i'm a very clean person, so when this odor began to appear, i immediately sought help.
since i started shaving "downtown" the odor has completely dissipated. it's great to know i'm not offending my wife when we engage in vaginal or oral sex.
give it a try---you might be pleasantly surprised by how well it works. good luck.

First and foremost, why are you smelling your testicles? Secondly, you could be guilty of not properly cleaning your underside even though you shower daily. Thirdly, how do you know that it's your testicles and not emanating from somewhere in the vicinity? I would see your doctor, and mention that you seem to notice an odor, down there. You could have a urinary tract infection and the odor could be coming from your urethra.

Good Luck

It's just the scroctum? Not the gential area? Well either way to reduce body odor, reduce or eliminate items like onions, leeks, garlic from your diet.

Also you may want to take Chorlyphyll, charocoal and/or sage. Available from your local health food store.

Stanky nuts syndrome has many variables, dehydration, food consumption, candida, fungi all of these can either be the culprit alone or combined.
