After all Russia KNOWS the U.S. has WMDs and the U.S. has already used them on another country.
The U.S. also used biological weapons (smallpox) on their own population. (The Sioux)
And the U.S. invaded its neighbor to the south, (Mexico) and took large amounts of land from them by force. (Texas)

No. In addition what do WMDs have anything to do with it? everyone in the world knows who has what and how it has been used.
However i'll tell you what WOULD happen REALISTICALLY if such a scenario were to occur.
Mexico would be put under incredible political pressure by...Putin, Bush, Chavez, Castro, the canadian government and everyone else in the South (except maybe colombia) to allow a special forces group to enter Mexico and track the perpetrators down with assistance from the Mexican intelligence community ofcourse. Mexico would have No choice but to gracefully allow this to happen because they cannnot afford to have an economic embargo at this moment in time. Especially taking into account the recent problems regarding illegal immigrants in the US.
The US would be the FIRST to volunteer its men to "keep an eye on mexico" for russia so that they don't have to travel so far....and share all intelligence that was recovered or gathered.
No P5 member will start beef with eachother, the lesson has been learned and the negotiations to keep China placated are already underway since THEY are the next in line to cause trouble.

It was the Spanish that decimated the Native Americans with diseases.... small pox being one of the most virulent. Spanish conquistadors spread disease across the US southeast and also in Mexico. Read your history. The US did not purposely spread disease because there was no cure.... it would and could spread among the US soldiers and settlers as easily as among the Natives.
Had Mexico taken care of its people and treated them decent, quelled its outlaws.... there would have been no war between the corrupt Mexican government and the USA. Also, Texas and California won their own freedom from Mexico.... and Mexico sold parts of the Southwest to the USA, since they knew that the areas would revolt and be lost anyway.... their motive: PROFIT and ridding themselves of a potential revolution. A revolution that might have put an end to the corrupt Castillian Spanish ruling class' power.

Yes, if there were UN sanctions against the US banning WMDs in the US, the the US violated these sanctions.
Yes, if the US violated a UN sanction by "occupying" Mexican land (aka Texas) by military force (Boy, are you historically misguided on this one!)
Yes, if the US violated UN sanctions for biological weapons and post-war munitions.
Yes, if the US leadership and general population actively advocated violent activities against Russians and Russian allies.

The only response I have to this stupid question is, The Republic of Texas was fighting a war of independance from Mexico. The United States came to Texas' defense by request. The Republic of Texas then later became a part of the United States.
He who does not know history is doomed to repeat it.

i've got in no way had a muslim pal nor do I plan to try this. i would not anticipate any muslim to do something to end a terrorist attack. it is what they do. They hate all Westerners.
