Monaco is a principality rules by the Grimaldi family since 1297. The capital is Monte Carlo and, if you can, you MUST go. It's gorgeous.

If you want beautiul beaches and techno-trance party the best places are Ibiaza(spain) golden sands(bulgaria it is very very cheap there), rio the most sex active city. Moscow you don`t have to look for parties because parties are looking for you and there are a lot of beautiful woman one of the best i have seen in my life

Yes, nice but expensive. You can tour the palace and gamble at Monte Carlo. I'd give it a whirl.

No, it's very expensive from what I gather.
Ibiza off the SE coast of Spain in incredible as is the Croation coast...and very affordable.
