is there any exercise to make my cheek bigger?

i cant bye books or go to salons
i want to do it by myself at home
and im 19 years old with no cheek
i dont want to make it by makeup
i want to have real big beautiful natrual cheeks

yes there is, you have to make your face like a fish and then stop and relax and do it over again for about five minutes each night. This is an exercise that will help you with toning your face and making your cheeks fuller because you exercise the muscles in your face.

You could try doing these facial exercises:

(1)(a)
Place the butt of your left palm on the top of your left cheek bone. Then firmly push downwards and hold. At the same time, try to raise the left corner of your mouth in to a one sided smile. Hold for a slow count of 4 and then release. Repeat this 20 times.

(1)(b)
Then repeat the same on the right side, placing the butt of your right palm at the top of your right cheek bone, pushing firmly downwards and hold. Then raising the right corner of your mouth into a one sided grin, holding for a slow count of 4 and then releasing. Repeat 20 times.

(2)
Place the butts of your palms on the top of your cheeks. Then push firmly downwards and hold. At the same time, try to smile as high as possible. Hold for a slow count of 4 seconds and then release. Repeat this 20 times.

(3)
Place the butts of your palms just in front of your ears. Push firmly inwards and forwards towards the mouth. At the same time smile as widely as possible with your mouth open. Hold for a slow count of 4 seconds. Repeat this 20 times.
