In my dream we were on the phone talking. I was looking at something hanging on the wall. It seemed to be a newspaper/magazine article. He was on the other end yelling at me. He kept asking me who I had been with and things like that. I kept saying nobody why don't you trust me etc. What does this mean?We are not even together, we are just friends.

nicely, I want I had greater targets with adventure like that ha ha. this is probable some repressed subconscious exploration to be a woman, being transcribed into your targets, or it may desire to purely be an overactive mind's eye only spilling out into your dream life. it seems you have a feeling for him. subconciously you have these thoughts of "what if you and him gets into a serious relationship with each other?" your thoughts tread on these ideas, your subconcious mind reminds it to you while you're asleep, it then becomes a dream. ask yourself this, am i falling for him yet too afraid to admit it?
