the outer banks in north carolina the beach in the outer banks is alrite but the stuff to do there is so awsome you can find anything you can think of i went there last summer and rented a 4 story beach house and it was the best vacation ive ever been on probably well c ya hope u go there kuz its the best place ever

Huntington Beach, California
It has everything. The surfers, a wide variety of restaurants within 2 blocks, pier, the Fourth of July Celebration and so on.
Seal Beach, California
Fewer people, but everything else is just like Huntington Beach.

Seal Beach California because thats where you can watch nuclear weapons being loaded onto US Warships.
At least that was true back in the 1970s

I have only been to one major beach in the US and that was when I was 9 years old. We went to Hilton Head South Carolina (or was it North? lol, it is one of the Carolina's). Anyway, I LOVED it. Its more of a rich neighbor hood and more of the family scene than it is the party scene.

there are tons of nice beaches. i'm from florida so naturally i vote the ones around there :) sorry it's too much of an opinion to just pick one as the "best"
