i m througout 1st divisioner and pursuing B.Tech. from Krishna Institute of Engg. and Tech. , GZB, i have done C & C++ certified course and i have been already selected for Infosys Training Foundation Programme from Infosys.

Two things :
1. MBA is becoming essential part for any kind of achievement in present IT industriy; but you can do it even after getting that B.Tech. degree under your belt, because even on that qualifications large corporate companies will show eager to recruit you.....as did Infosys.
2. After completing 2 odd years in job experience, MBA may not be that much essential because company itself will provide you enough training....
(By the way, since you are having BTech in Elect. & Comm., try to add "German language" to your vitae as that will make you most wanted person in europe for topnotch job placement.

First congrats for getting selected by Infosys!!! Do ur MBA after 2 years job experience in case ur family is also comfortable with u waiting for 2 years.When u work u will gain more knowledge of how the working environment really is.Till now u must only be listening to the experiences of others.A perfect Manager is created only when one has both theoretical and practical experience of how a team can be managed or how a company can be managed. Eventhough u might not work in that field u can learn about what it is by observing ur higherups. Practical knowledge helps a lot.

I would suggest you to work for a couple of years and then do MBA from a reputed institute.
Since you already got selected into Infosys, congrats and all the best, dont look back, you can do ur MBA later.

As you are from a good institute,you will not have problem in finding a good job but definately an year of workex will make you enjoy your MBA and understand the theories well.Moreover MBA makes sense only if you have some experience of the proceedings of the work in corporate world,whether it is technical or non-technical.All the best.
