maybe because your in the middle by mans law your a late Teen almost pushing 20. in the middle. so to speak

i always think about that because we can't drink until we're 21 but we're adults at 18 .i think it's because they think our minds so limited because of all the new school work from college it will be so hard that they we won't care who we vote for but the drinking we have to wait for i mean i don't plan to be an alcoholic but a sip of for a congratulation would be very nice.

good question it should be 20 since 18 or 19 still have that teen at the end
