First, congratulations on becoming a woman! Welcome to our world!
Now, to answer your questions:
Each period can be counted 28 days later. You count from the first day your period started to the 28th day and that is when your period should start. You really need to keep track of your periods in a notebook, so that when you go to the doctor, you can tell them if your periods are irregular(they don't come every 28 days but say, one period is 30 days and the next if 20, etc.) You can also put in your notebook whether you have sever cramping, any other kind of pain, if you flow heavier than normal and so on. This way your doctor can help you to have a healthy and safe period.
The color of the blood will be brown at first and then go to a bright red, then, as the period progresses, it will lighten in color and go back to brown. Also, you usually flow heavy the first couple of days(everyone is different, some flow light), then the flow lightens up.
This is also a good time to talk to your mother about birth control; not because you are wanting to go out and have sex, but because it will help regulate your periods and if you do decide to have sex, it will keep you from having unwanted pregnancies. Also, it takes about six months for the birth control to start working for pregnancies, so you want to not have sex or have safe sex until they take effect. You really need to talk to your mother about this, however, if you feel uncomfortable about talking with her, you can talk to the school nurse or an adult you do feel comfortable with.

It usually takes your body a while to balance out your cycles, so the best thing is just to make sure that you have a pad or tampon with you at all times! This is why you never see women without their purses, it would suck to go to the bathroom and have started and be stuck without one cuz you never have a quarter handy when you really need one (this usually has to happen a time or two before you get really good at taking your purse everywhere with you!) The color thing is normal for beginners, It will change within a few months usually. Some of the websites the ladies reccommended will help with most of your questions. I know it is frustrating not knowing when it Will show up next, but be patient, and it Will eventually right itself!

Unless you are on the pill there is no telling exactly when door number two will open. Period flucuate at first and the pill helps to regulate them and make them more predictable. Obviously you would prefer they came the same time each month. In time they will be more predictable but in time you will be on the pill.
As for your discharge color varies based on your red blood count at the time of discharge and how rapidly you clot. Blood products change color with the air. It also varies based on the size of the discharge. The greater the dischare the more likely it will be red or even scarlett, but do't worry about it. There are just somethings in life you aren't able to predict, like the weather.

It is impossible to tell when your next period will be, or what colour the blood will be. Periods tend ot be irregular when you first start. Some girls may go a whole year without getting another!! I would guess that your next period would be within the next month or so.

It's different for every girl. My first period was very heavy and hurt really bad. My sister had one and didn't have another for three months and hers were light brown like yours. It's probably time to get a check up by a gynocologist, but don't worry too much because it can be scary going for the first time. Ask your mom to take you or go to planned parenthood. They are not just for babies and birth control. PP is for women and healthy sexuality. Welcome to your becoming a woman!

Because this is your first period I would monitor is on a calendar and after a few periods go by you will be able to tell wheat your cycel is going to be. The color is always different for me. One month heavy the next month light and brown. I guess that part always depends.
