If you are just looking for the quickest fix, the answer is right in your bathroom drawer. . . toothpaste! I am providing this information under the assumption that you want the FASTEST resolution. Someone had told me to use this bc it dries the blemish out really fast. I tried this out in college a few times. Apply a small amount to blemish and rub in gently until toothpaste is not visible. I use to do it 2-3 times a day (after I would wash my face.) It decreases the blemish SIZE. Just a note for you though- the toothpaste does make the blemish a little darker. But it will be smaller and go away faster. NOTE: TOOTHPASTE DOES NOT CAUSE CANCER!

Sleep on a clean pillow case every few days, you can put tea tree oil on it at night, use the mint julep mask t wice a week. That really helps. Also make sure you exfoliate twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells. Make sure your clenser has acne medicine and most importantly drink plenty of water. That will help the most. I used to have problem skin, but now it is smooth and clear. I also put baking soda mixed with water on my face nad take a shower. it helps to exfoliate. That is what makes it baby soft. Good luck. What works for one person might not work for others. Using witch hazel as an astrigent also helps some people. I know the baking soda will get your skin noticably smooth right after you do it.

See your gp or dermatologist asap. In the long run it will save you time and frustration. S/he should be able to give you antibiotics (oral or topical) according to the severity of your acne. S/he may prescribe isotretinoin pills if your acne doesn't budge. They've got a couple of really annoying side-effects such as dry, flaky skin or extremely chapped lips. They're also on the pricy side. It's inconvenient at times but your acne will disappear in a few months. It shouldn't resurface after that either. Good Luck!

clearisil ultra daily, drys them up so quickly, but only put the cream on the blemish, not on surrounding skin as this cream drys out the blemish and to put anywhere else will leave you with flakey skin.
