what should i do if my 2 best friends liked my guy-friend and my guy-friend only likes one of them but i don't want to hurt my other friend and tell her that my guy-friend likes my other friend how can i help my 3 friends?

What they are your friends you shoudn't have to have his approval and you don't have to tell your friends whether your bf likes them or not. They will know, but you are entitled to friendships outside your relationship.
I wouldn't tell my gf that my bf likes her even if its true, because most break ups are caused by supposed best friends.
