Hi swetha p. What a perceptive question. I would say yes. I can not remember the number of times I have failed in my life. Those moments are like a dark necklace I wear around my neck. They are both a confession and a lesson. I am not ashamed of them because to deny them would be to deny my own humanity. And my potential for change. Change is life and I want to live it to the fullest. Therefore, I embrace my failure for what it is: the pain of transformation.

Of course. Every road must first be excavated before laid. Often, we humans do both as we go the course. Much can be learned from "failures." In fact, I prefer not to use such judgemental terminology. I call these "opportunities to review."
