Masturbate until you have hairy palms buddy. It's as normal as mom's apple pie. I would say wait until your at least 16 to have sex.
Your brain is still forming and chewing on some complex ideas. around 16 is the time that it will have the key to start answering some of the complex abstractions. That is just the key and not the whole answer. Even then I say don't have sex until you are ready.

You're only 13. These people might tell you it's okay, but it's sick and wrong, I think. And, it's wrong to do it now or at age 16 (even though lots of people here says it's okay), you should wait until you get married. If you rush yourself, you might make a big mistake, or regret doing what you did... like when you break up with someone, you will regret it. And, since your only 13, you should be aware that relationships at your age usually don't last forever. If you really think of it, that same girl who's your girlfriend or whatever, you won't get married to her or something, because you're still a kid. And if you do something you regret about, it won't help you at all later on. Just don't do it.

That is not bad until you are not addicted to that . When you have strong feeling just do it and get relaxed. You are too young to have sex with a girl. If you are having sex now there are chances that later you may feel guilty about it. So concentrate on your education, sports and other activities now. When yo grow up you can have that.

It's not in the least bit wrong. But the law states you can't have sex yet, even in Brazil, so stick to masturbating for a for a few years. Anyway, having sex won't stop you doing it. If you get regular sex, you'd just do it less. So keep it to yourself, mucky pup!

Its why baywatch was invented when I was 13, and I managed to last another three years. Dont rush into having sex, the first time isnt as good as masturbating anyway. And if you do, be safe, and dont get caught, it is illegal at your age
