be prepared and know what your talking about. ive found that it helps to be in the state of mind that they are not only interviewing you, but you are interviewing them as well. ask as many questions as possible regarding the company and the job. how long have they been in business? what departments will you have direct contact with? how many people work for the company? anything thats makes them think you are truly interested in their company. thats shows confidence, and you dont feel like youre the only one being interrogated.

Practice, Practice go in to the interview with the knowledge that the job is yours.Know something about the company and ask questions. Dress the part. In your mind tell yourself that you are deciding if you want the job. Can you do the job? if the answer is yes then have a mock interview with a friend if no one can help have it with your mirror. Be positive first...
dont think that u dont know anything in a interview ....
think that u know more than something and face the interviewer .... the interviewer is not a devil for u to get scared ....
be cool ... and be confident and not over confident....
this is what i follow during my interview and i've succeded in it......

Be prepared. Know something about the person you go to interview so you don't stumble. When you know where you are talking about he/she will take that as a complement.
