I'd draw a chart with three columns and list the important aspects of your three perspectives in those three columns. Then maybe I'd write a short essay comparing (similarities) and contrasting (differences).

There not that hard to do, since it require thought, I would rather you do it yourself so you can learn something from it, I had a similar questions like that, but it wouldn't be fair to you to just give you the answer, you just need to see how they relate and see how they are different, just do the simplist ones.
