She says she only does it once or twice a month, but now she has this skin boil and sores in her nose....I don't know if I should believe her or what to do.

I know have 9 months clean from a 7 year meth addiction, so I know alot about the drug. Some people who use meth just pick at themselves. While you are high your senses are stronger so you tend to pick at things that normally you would not touch on your skin. The drug sweats out of your pores and then when you continually pick at something it can become infected or big in size. It is also hard for people who pick at their skin to heal what they have picked at. She may be using more then she states- but just be there for her. Make sure that you are there for her in a positive way and not enabling her usage.

Crystal meth is a powerful drug that is not easy to quit. There are many ways he could quit. He could try cold turkey, going to rehab, there is one way to quit that is expensive: you get admitted to a hospital and they induce you into a coma for 2 weeks so he wont suffer from the detox symptoms and once he's clean they wake him up and he can start a new life. Rehab would be the first step, but he has to want to quit if you want it to work. You cant make him quit. Try an intervention to break the ice. Also if this is your boyfriend i would get myself tested for std's hiv and hepatitis. Depending on if he shoots up meth he could have something and not know about it and pass it to you.

the sores in her nose are from meth and see is useing it alot if it is sore she is lying this is a several times a day thing and the skin boil is from skin poping... this means she is injecting the meth. not into her vein but just thought the skin.. you dont need to believe her and meth is highly addictive. so chances are she is developing a problem quiting meth isnt easly and she needs help. and she wont stop for you this is something bigger she needs help trust me

i have no idea about your question cuz I've never used crystal meth...but, it sounds like your friend needs to worry about getting clean. not just from the nasty boils but also clean from the drug.
it might be possible she has some kind of an STD. you need to worry about getting your friend some help gettin off the drugs other than worry about her boils.

she sounds more like she has aids. get soem help for her if u really r her friend. tell some one who can help a rehab centre of some type, there is no other way for her to get better. how can u believe her when she says only twice a month. she is an addict she wont tell u the truth

Let me tell you something from experience she is using everyday CM is very addictive you can't just use it once or twice a month she needs help!!!!!!!!!

you should talk to her and tell her that she's more important then drugs, also tell some have died useing CM and that you want her around not dead.

meth is the devil and controls people, try and get her help at all costs or prepare yourself for her funeral
