Palm.com news releases did not include a new GSM version of the Treo 700 coming out soon. Check phonescoop.com every once and again. They show phones by manufacturer, carrier, and technology. They also carry news on what is coming and who's planning to carry it. (They show the Treo 650 as being the newest model for GSM, currently.) As a bonus, they have a review tab to inform you of what other users think.

don't mid that phone. go to a cingular store and choose a better palm one with GSM and windows mobile.
